The treatment focuses on moving the teeth which are most visible when you smile, so they can be targeted quickly and safely to improve the aesthetics of your smile with very rapid results.
Will clear braces be painful?
There will be minimal discomfort caused by wearing clear braces. Initially, as the retainers change shape to accommodate your teeth moving into the desired position there may be some tenderness, but this will be temporary and because these braces use low force, most patients find them easy and comfortable to wear without any daily interference.

Can I still eat my favourite foods?
Yes – eating and drinking are made easy with clear braces as they can simply be removed before eating so as not to damage or stain them.
Will I have to change the way I look after my teeth?
No, your regular oral hygiene routines will be the same as they were, in that you will still be able to brush and floss normally. You may have to spend a little bit of extra time keeping your braces and retainers clean to ensure they stay fresh and bacteria free, but this is simple maintenance.
Will I need a retainer?
Yes, after your treatment is complete we would recommend that you keep wearing your retainer at night to maintain the current position of your teeth.
