Here at Docklands Dental, we like to think we do things a little differently when it comes to our patient care and treatment, so we’ve pulled together this short post to remind you of why we’re different, and why you should consider us for your dental treatment and care. Read on, and if you have any questions about our practice, service or how to find out more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Future-focused
In order to keep up with changing technologies, new procedures and to make constant improvements in our services, we have invested heavily in next generation healthcare, and are very proud to be pioneers in pain-free dentistry. Our two state of the art clinics allow us to offer the very best in dental care, and we will continue to do so with our future-focused mindset.
No hidden fees
We know that paying for dentistry services can be an uncomfortable topic for some people, which is why we’ve always been totally upfront and honest about our fees and the costs of our different services. We always offer our patients a free consultation, in order to get to know them, allow them the chance to ask us any questions and to discuss potential treatments. After that, we make our general dentistry fees and cosmetic dentistry fees well known, as well as offering different payment options and payment plans for orthodontics.
Our dedicated team
Our growing team of dentists and specialists are all at the top of their game, so you can be sure that you’re in safe, and experienced hands, when you book your appointment with us. We spend a significant portion of our time advancing our skills with the most up to date dentistry techniques and are truly passionate about what we do.
Dr. Daniel Collins is also the current winner of the Sensitive Dentist of the Year award for 2016. We have won an award every year since we opened in 2013, and are one of the few clinics in Ireland with in house specialists, sedation services, and digital dentistry.
Flexible appointments to suit you
It’s frustrating when you have to arrange time off work in order to make it to your dentist appointment, which is why we like to offer our patients more flexibility. We offer extended opening hours so you can come and see us between 7.30am – 9pm Monday to Thursday, and 7.30am – 5.30pm on Fridays, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure that your appointments are kept on time.
Patient care is paramount
We know that not everyone likes to visit the dentist, but in some cases it is simply unavoidable. For nervous patients, we offer an extra level of patient care, and it’s a service that led to us being shortlisted for the ‘Best Treatment of Nervous Patients Awards’ in the 2016 Irish Dentistry Awards. We can offer our patients private and confidential consultation facilities, immersive entertainment for distraction, sedation if necessary, and as much time as you need to prepare yourself and feel comfortable before we begin treatment.
